Overview

Future’s brands previously had a basic account system with no clear membership proposition. As the UX lead for membership across Future, I defined and introduced the first scalable membership foundation with product, engineering, and stakeholders. Reusable sign-up, onboarding, and early engagement patterns made membership visible across brands and quickly increased new member sign-ups during rollout.
