Overview
I led UX for a scalable trial-to-subscription journey across Future’s brands. Partnering with product and engineering, I introduced free digital access for members and designed upgrade pathways to paid digital and print subscriptions. The approach was piloted on key brands and is rolling out across the network to support subscription growth and retention.
